Job summary

C.R. England is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Georgia Pacific lane. Expect consistent miles, an average of 2,000 miles per week, and no-touch retail freight with 14-hour shifts. Trucks are automatic and home time is every two weeks, with optional extra time off for longer deployments.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, and 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience. Benefits listed include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD&D.”

Responsibilities

• Transport along the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine, and West to Ohio, and down to Alabama.
• Operate as part of a 24/7, 14-hour shift schedule with some day and night deliveries.
• No-touch retail / dry van freight with automatic transmission trucks.
• Home time: 2 days home, every two weeks out; longer trips available with added time off.

As a CDL-A Driver in the dedicated division of C.R. England, you can count on consistent miles with regular routes, highly competitive pay, health and retirement benefits, and the industry’s best equipment. This dedicated account for Georgia Pacific offers consistent miles hauling no-touch retail freight, or dry van goods with an average of 2 stops a week. Drivers average 2000 miles a week.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Deliveries along the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine, and West as far Ohio, down to Alabama

Schedule: 2 Days home - Every two weeks out

Drivers can stay out longer if they prefer and will earn one day off for every week out

Typical shifts are 14 hours. This is a 24/7 operation, day and night time deliveries might be required

All trucks equipped with automatic transmission, pulling dry van trailers

Truck parking at home or secure location near home

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 Years of age or older
• 3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience
