Job summary

DM Bowman, Inc. is seeking CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Drivers to haul dedicated freight with weekly home time. Expect about 5,000 miles per week, with daily driver bonuses and a comprehensive incentive package including a $2,500 referral bonus, safety and performance bonuses, and a competitive benefits program after 60 days.

Join a safety-focused fleet with modern automatic Volvo and Mack tractors. Earn a weekly pay between $1,325 and $1,650, plus CPM bonuses and a 401k with company matching.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL and at least 6 months of tractor-trailer driving.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• DOT physical and drug screen required.
• HPE - Functional Agility Test required.
• Good character and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated freight to customers.
• Operate trucks safely and in compliance.
• Maintain timely delivery schedules and weekly home time.
• Participate in bonuses and incentive programs.
