Job summary

Schneider National is seeking Team Dedicated drivers based near Denver, CO. Drive dry van routes, hauling auto parts with 100% no-touch freight and some drop-and-hook. Typical runs to Memphis, TN and back, averaging 2–3 loads per week.

You’ll earn mileage pay plus hourly when on duty, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Family-friendly benefits and a modern fleet support you on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of experience.
• Live within 50 miles of Denver, CO.
• Able to pass orientation and training.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Denver, CO.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
