Job summary

Schneider National is seeking professional over‑the‑road drivers for dedicated truck routes in the Florida/Georgia region. You’ll haul parts in liftgate trailers and operate on a 100% drop-and-hook freight model, performing slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs to complete 5 loads per week with multiple stops.

Night driving is required and candidates must live within 50 miles of Buford, GA with a minimum of 3 months of Class A experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
