Job summary

C.R. England is seeking an experienced OTR driver for a dedicated Target account. You will handle pre-loaded tri-temp reefers, observe unloads at stores, and operate in a 24/7 schedule with automatic transmissions and varied shift times.

The lane runs from West Jefferson, OH to downtown Chicago and nearby suburbs, with 2–3 days of home time each week and a 34‑hour reset. CDL-A and 3+ months’ experience required; not for students or trainees.

Join our dedicated Target account running a mix of shuttles, full loads, and deliveries from shuttle points.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Pre-loaded tri-temp/dual temp reefers. Most stores are store unload with the driver observing the unload. The inner city stores will require the use of lift gate and pallet jacks.

All loads start and final at the West Jefferson, OH with deliveries to downtown Chicago and the surrounding Chicago suburbs.

Home time: 2-3 days home weekly with a 34-hour reset

This account is a 24/7 operation so shift times may vary

Current shift available: 9PM to Noon (overnights) 7 days a week with no set days off

Top-of-the line automatic transmission trucks hauling 28-ft and 53-ft trailers

The trucks can be parked in a safe and secured location.

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3 months or more of recent CDL-A experience
