C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a night-shift dedicated Target Fleet, based in Lake City, FL. Routes cover Florida and nearby states with most loads dispatched at night and home weekly after shifts.

Eligible drivers have a valid CDL-A, are 21+, and hold 3+ months of recent CDL experience. The role offers benefits and a supportive, trucker-led company culture, with pre-loaded freight and no-touch deliveries.

• Maintain safety and compliance while operating in overnight routes.

Lake City, FL is the launch point for every load on this dedicated Target solo fleet, and the work happens mostly at night. Freight is pre-loaded and no-touch, so your focus stays on the drive.

Deliveries reach locations across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, and you are home weekly. It suits experienced CDL-A drivers who are comfortable running overnight.

• All loads start in Lake City, FL
• Deliveries to Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina
• No-touch, pre-loaded freight
• CPM

Schedule:

• Most loads dispatch between 8pm and 3am
• Most deliveries happen between 4pm and 12pm

Equipment:

• Condo trucks on this fleet
• Every truck has an automatic transmission
• Top of the line equipment from one of the newest fleets in the country
• Park your personal vehicle at a secure location approved by the account manager

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
