Job summary

C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL-A Dedicated Target Fleet Driver for night shifts. Lake City, FL is the launch point; loads are pre-loaded, no-touch, with trips across Florida and neighboring states.

You’ll be home weekly and stay focused on the drive. This full-time onsite role requires a valid Class A CDL, 21+ years of age, and 3+ months of CDL experience. Night dispatch typically 8pm–3am; some deliveries 4pm–12pm.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL driving license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• No trainee or student status eligible for this lane.

Responsibilities

• Operate night-shift CDL-A tractor-trailer on dedicated route.
• Deliver loads across FL, GA, LA, MS, NC and SC with no-touch pre-loaded freight.
• Stay focused on driving; home weekly on this lane.
• Follow dispatch schedules typically between 8pm and 3am; deliveries 4pm–12pm.

Lake City, FL is the launch point for every load on this dedicated Target solo fleet, and the work happens mostly at night. Freight is pre-loaded and no-touch, so your focus stays on the drive.

Deliveries reach locations across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, and you are home weekly. It suits experienced CDL-A drivers who are comfortable running overnight.

• All loads start in Lake City, FL
• Deliveries to Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina
• No-touch, pre-loaded freight
• CPM

Schedule:

• Most loads dispatch between 8pm and 3am
• Most deliveries happen between 4pm and 12pm

Equipment:

• Condo trucks on this fleet
• Every truck has an automatic transmission
• Top of the line equipment from one of the newest fleets in the country
• Park your personal vehicle at a secure location approved by the account manager

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Must have a secure place to park the truck and trailer while on home time
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
