CDL-A truck drivers in the Greenville, SC area can earn an average of $1,690 per week on a dedicated regional route with consistent freight, paid unloading, and reliable weekly home time.

This position combines competitive mileage pay with additional compensation for unloading and delivery stops.

Compensation - How You Get Paid

Your weekly earnings include more than just miles driven.

• Average weekly earnings: $1,690
• Top weekly earnings: Up to $2,090
• Mileage pay: $0.85-$1.03 per mile, based on experience
• Backhaul pickup pay: $25 per qualifying pickup
• Performance bonus: Up to 3%, when applicable

Drivers average approximately 1,100 miles per week. Actual earnings depend on miles driven, completed loads, unloading activity, and applicable incentives.

Dedicated Regional Routes

Operate a dedicated regional route originating in Cowpens, South Carolina, delivering retail freight throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio.

Drivers average 3 loads per week, with approximately 3 delivery stops per load.

This is a multi-stop retail delivery position with an established freight schedule.

Freight and Driver Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes.
• Deliver boxed retail freight to multiple store locations.
• Unload freight using roller conveyor systems.
• Handle individual boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Complete delivery paperwork and follow DOT safety requirements.
• Pick up return freight, which is generally no-touch.

Important: This is a driver-unload position. Drivers must be comfortable performing physical unloading duties.

Home Time and Equipment

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset at home.
• Typical schedules: Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday.
• Automatic sleeper tractors.
• Secure truck parking at home permitted.
• Distribution center parking available for nearby drivers.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL matching your state of residence.
• Minimum age of 21.
• At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience operating trailers 40 feet or longer.
• Current DOT medical certificate with at least 90 days remaining.
• Acceptable driving record, subject to MVR review.
• Ability to pass required urine and hair drug screening.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of unloading freight.
