Average weekly pay ranges from $1,500 to $1,625, with base 65 CPM and about 2,300–2,500 miles weekly; a guaranteed minimum of $1,300 and add‑on pay for stops, layovers, and detention. We provide comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K), two weeks of PTO, six holidays, plus a fuel card, pre-pass, paid

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have CDL A license.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record.
• No DUI/DWIs in last 3 years.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 200 miles of Newark, OH or be willing to relocate for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate late model conventional tractors and 53’ dry van trailers.
• No touch freight.
• Transport goods on designated regional/dedicated routes.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations.
• Maintain timely deliveries and communicate with dispatch.

Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,500-$1,625; Highest performing drivers can earn more
  • Base 65 CPM; with an average of 2,300-2,500 miles weekly
