Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers to join our regional team, running 53' reefer and dry van trailers with consistent weekly home time and a supportive environment.

New graduates welcome; 2,500–3,000 miles per week across UT, ID, MT, OR, CO, WY. Mentorship for 4–6 weeks before solo driving; 100% no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL graduates from accredited truck driving schools with minimum 120 hours of training are welcome to apply.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in past 5 years; all records reviewed by safety.
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated regional account operating 53' reefer and dry van trailers.
• Running lanes include Utah, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Colorado, and Wyoming.
• Approximately 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week.
• 100% no-touch freight with drop & hook or live load/unload at stores.
• Weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset.
• New drivers will be mentored for 4-6 weeks of OTR training before solo driving.
• Drivers must be willing to work day and night shifts as needed.

Job description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates from accredited driving schools, to join our dedicated regional driving team. This role offers the opportunity to run established regional lanes while operating 53' reefer and dry van trailers, all with the benefit of consistent weekly home time and a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,000 - $1,500+ per week
• $0.48 - $0.58 per mile, based on experience
• $650 - $800 training pay for drivers with under 6 months of OTR/regional experience
• $10 pay for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop
• $20 short haul pay for loads under 250 miles
• $0.06 per mile monthly bonus for drivers exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and fuel efficiency of 7 MPG or better
• Full benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL graduates from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training are welcome to apply
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal records are reviewed by the safety department
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment due to safety concerns
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps outside of school or training (maximum 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years)
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
