Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional driving team. Expect to run 53' reefer and dry van trailers with consistent weekly home time and a supportive team. New graduates are welcome to apply and will train under a mentor for 4–6 weeks before transitioning to solo driving.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,500+ with mileage pay, plus training pay and stop pay. Full benefits after 30 days and 2,500–3,000 miles per week on multiple western lanes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL graduates from an accredited school are welcome to apply.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years; background checked by safety.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps (max 6 months last year).

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer and dry van trailers on dedicated regional lanes.
• Run established regional routes across Utah, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Colorado and Wyoming.
• Mentor new drivers for 4–6 weeks before solo driving.
• Provide safe, compliant, on-time deliveries with touch/don't-touch freight mix.
