Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A dedicated regional driver for a refrigerated account based out of West Jefferson, OH, with origin-destination routes to downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

This role offers home weekly (2–3 days), a 34-hour reset, automatic transmissions, and a mix of shuttles, full loads and store deliveries on a 7-day operation with overnight shifts starting around 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Able to operate liftgate and pallet jack when required
• Comfortable with overnight and variable schedules
• Able to work weekends as needed
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities

• Dedicated refrigerated freight delivery to Chicago area and suburbs
• Loads originate and return to West Jefferson, OH
• Most deliveries are store unload with driver observing
• Liftgate and pallet jack required for inner-city deliveries
• Trip requires 28' and 53' trailers with automatic transmissions
