Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring a CDL-A Regional Driver for a dedicated regional fleet based out of Garland, TX. You will operate preloaded, no-touch freight to stores across the region, averaging about 2,500 miles per week with 2–3 days out at a time.

Starting pay is $0.63 per mile. Duties include daily communication with dispatch, meeting departure and delivery times, and maintaining safe operations in line with hours-of-service rules. High-value loads and a dedicated fleet manager support the route.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• 12 months tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years.
• Able to operate safely with high-value freight.
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements.

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers for a dedicated regional fleet based out of Garland, TX. Drivers operate preloaded, no-touch freight from the distribution center to stores across the regional operating area, averaging 2,500 miles per week and typically 2–3 days out at a time.

Pay and Lane Highlights

• Starting pay: $0.63 per mile
• Average weekly miles: 2,500
• Metro loads under 200 miles: $110 per load
• $25 per stop after the first stop on metro loads
• Drop and stop pay: $25 per stop, excluding origin and final destination
• Detention pay: $30 per hour after 2 hours from appointment time
• Vacation and holiday pay under Koch policy

• Regional freight based out of Garland, TX
• Operating area includes TX, CO, NM, OK, KS, AR, LA, and MS
• Preloaded, no-touch freight
• High-value store delivery loads
• Deliveries made to stores throughout the operating area
