CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver - Costco

Join Schneider to drive reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores across the Midwest. You will operate solely at night, making 3‑4 loads per week with multiple stop offs, and haul 100% no‑touch and 50% drop‑and‑hook freight.

Responsibilities

• Haul reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls.
• Ensure 100% no‑touch and 50% drop‑and‑hook freight.
• Complete 3‑4 loads per week with 1‑2 stop‑offs per load.
• Drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, and SD.

Pay and Bonus

• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
