Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a dedicated driver for our Schneider Dedicated program near Woodbridge, VA. You will haul flooring tile on a straight truck flatbed and unload freight with moffetts, delivering to homeowners, job sites and businesses on a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will earn weekly pay with a guaranteed minimum and additional performance pay, plus paid orientation and time off after 6 months. Our driver benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 50 miles of Woodbridge, VA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

• 5 loads per week with 3-5 stop-offs per load.


• Monday-Friday work schedule.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.


• Earn at least $1,175 in weekly guarantee pay.


• Weekly performance pay.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).


• Live within 50 miles of Woodbridge, VA.


• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
