Salt City Trucking in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a CDL-A Local Dry Van Driver for the Water Account. Start from the Phoenix facility and run dedicated freight throughout the Phoenix metro area and Tucson, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 9:00 AM start time, and daily home time.

Routes are local to metro Phoenix and Tucson with multi-stop deliveries. Drivers pull product to the end of the trailer or use a liftgate, and use a pallet jack for deliveries. Activity-based pay and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in past 3 years
• At least 22 years old
• Clean driving record
• FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse compliance
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently for DOT duties
• DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $65,000
• Approximately $1,250/week average
• $0.63 CPM for 0–50.9 miles
• $0.57 CPM for 51–100.9 miles
• $0.50 CPM for 101+ miles
• $21 per stop
• $13.50 per drop & hook
• $20.475 detention after 1 hour
• $5.25 fueling pay
• $5.25 pre- and post-trip pay
• Paid weekly
