Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Dry Van Driver for no-touch freight in Florida. You’ll average $1,500–$1,700 gross per week with mileage pay of $0.64–$0.69 CPM and added stop pay and detention after 2 hours.

The role features 14 days out and 2 days home, 100% no-touch freight, and 24/7 operations with late-model automatics. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, an HSA with company match, PTO from year 1, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL matching current state of residence.
• At least 3 months tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months.
• Clean MVR: Max 2 moving violations and NO preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years (Military experience accepted with DD214).
• Must pass mandatory urine AND hair follicle drug screenings.

Additional Pay: Stop pay included + Paid detention after 2 hours

ROUTE & HOME TIME

100% No-Touch Freight: 50/50 mix of Live Load/Unload and Drop & Hook

Home Time Schedule: 14 days out / 2 days home (Earn 1 extra home day for every additional week out)

Operations: 24/7 fleet (includes some night driving)
