Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL A drivers for dedicated routes in California. You’ll haul store merchandise in dry van trailers and manually unload with gravity rollers, averaging 2–5 loads weekly with 1–5 stops per load across CA, NV, OR and UT.

Pay includes mileage and load pay, plus hourly when on duty, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee in your first 90 days, plus sign-on bonuses, orientation pay, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Residence within 50 miles of Stockton, CA.

Responsibilities

• Haul store merchandise in dry van trailers.
• 100% hand unload freight using gravity rollers.
• 2-5 loads per week with 1-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within CA, NV, OR and UT.
