Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring experienced CDL-A Drivers for a regional fleet serving WI, IA, MN, MI, IN and Northern KY. Expect 970 miles per week across three turns with 3–5 stops per load and a 34-hour weekly reset. Home time and weekend shifts vary by location, with top sleeper trucks and a pay bonus program.

Drivers receive medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD&D insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). Additional bonuses include a $200 daily breakdown stipend and backhaul pay. Apply for more details.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience.
• Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and AD&D.
• PTO and 401(k) provided.

Responsibilities

• Touch freight account where drivers unload dry freight using rollers.
• Deliver to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY.
• Home time with a 34-hour weekly reset.
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day.
• St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage.
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly.
