Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced dedicated truck drivers for a role in Pennsylvania and Ohio. You will haul manufacturing parts in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight; typical loads are 5–10 per week.

Drivers are paid mileage plus hourly pay on duty, with weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and time off after 6 months plus holiday pay. A strong benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and more.
