Job summary

18 Wheels USA is seeking a CDL-A dedicated driver for a home weekly schedule. You will depart from Philadelphia-area terminals and deliver throughout Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia, and Central and Western Pennsylvania.

Expect weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and weekend resets commonly occurring. Requires valid CDL-A and recent driving experience, plus DOT compliance and TWIC‑related readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least six months of recent CDL-A driving experience within the past 12 months.
• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• TWIC card or proof that you have applied for one before starting.
• Endorsement fees are reimbursed with receipts.
• Safe, legal parking at home for both the truck and container.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer in a dedicated lane and manage scheduling for on-time deliveries.
• Deliver freight across Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia, and Central/Western Pennsylvania from Philadelphia-area terminals.
• Maintain compliance with DOT rules and company policies.
• Return home weekly for a 34-hour reset, aligning with weekend patterns when possible.

Pay

• Average weekly pay: $2,000
• Roughly 2,100 miles per week for drivers who manage their available hours effectively

Pay is based on mileage, stops, and individual productivity. The listed top-pay figures are not guaranteed.

Route and Freight

• Depart from terminals in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area
• Deliver throughout Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia, and Central and Western Pennsylvania

Schedule and Home Time

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Reset usually falls on the weekend but may occur during the week

Driver Requirements
