Job summary

DriveTime Transports is seeking a CDL-A driver for a dedicated, daily-home route in Indiana. You will run a Greenfield, IN to Evendale, OH corridor and back, with a 5:30 AM start and no-touch freight on a dry-van network.

Expect a steady weekly pay around $1,200 with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Shifts are Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday, and drivers must live within 50 miles of Indianapolis/Greenfield.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required with at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Must live within 50 miles of Indianapolis/Greenfield (ZIP 46140).
• No SAP drivers; pre-employment hair and urine drug test; accident history checks in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate a no-touch, dry-van lane between Greenfield, IN and Evendale, OH.
• Maintain steady, on-time delivery within the run window.

Requirements

• Accident reports required (last 5 years)
• Pre-employment drug test is hair and urine
• MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF INDIANAPOLIS /GREENFIELD (Zip code: 46140)

Additional requirements

• MINIMUM 3 MONTHS CDL-A TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE - MUST BE VERIFIABLE
• No more than 2 MV’s in the last 2 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit. No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL-A
• NO SAP DRIVERS
