J Rose Enterprises is expanding its dedicated regional fleet and seeks experienced Class A drivers for consistent, year-round freight and top-tier mileage rates. This account delivers steady miles and stable weekly pay with a 34- to 48-hour weekend reset.

The role offers top pay at $0.65 CPM, weekly gross between $1,500 and $1,650, and an average of 2,400–2,500 miles per week. Full-time W2 position, regional lanes east of I-35. CDL required and recent OTR/Regional experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of verifiable OTR/Regional experience in last 24 months, OR 6 months in last 12 months.
• Local-only driving experience does not qualify for this regional account.
• Clean driving record and solid work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a dedicated regional fleet with consistent weekly home time.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, logging, and regulatory requirements.

What We Offer:

• Top Pay: $0.65 CPM on all miles paid.
• Weekly Gross: $1,500 – $1,650 average weekly earnings.
• Consistent Volume: Average 2,400 – 2,500 miles per week (exceptional mileage for a weekly home-time fleet).
• W2 Status: Full-time, secure company driver position.

Route & Home Time:

• Running Area: Steady regional lanes everywhere East of the I-35 corridor (South, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic including PA, OH, IN, etc.).
• Home Time: Run hard for 5.5 days, then head home for a reliable 34-to-48-hour weekend reset.

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience (1 of the following is required):
  • At least 1 year of verifiable OTR/Regional experience within the last 24 months, OR
  • At least 6 months of verifiable OTR/Regional experience within the last 12 months.
