Job summary

HWY Express in Dallas, TX is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated regional routes. You will operate late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractors on established lanes with no-touch freight and scheduled home time every other weekend.

Expect dependable weekly miles, primary routes east of I-35 with occasional trips nationwide, and supportive staffing. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid orientation, and referral bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• 3+ months tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 36 months.
• Regional or local experience qualifies.

Your Driving Schedule

This position is built around established freight lanes that help maintain steady work throughout the year. CDL-A truck drivers operate primarily east of I-35 with no NYC routes, while occasional freight to all 48 states provides additional lane opportunities as freight demands change.

A 48-hour reset every other weekend gives drivers scheduled home time without sacrificing consistent earning potential.

Your Equipment

You will operate 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors selected for over-the-road comfort and dependable performance. Modern equipment helps support productive runs and a more comfortable driving experience from week to week.

Pay & Driver Extras

• Earn $1,600-$1,700 per week with CPM-based pay
• $300 paid orientation for the 3-day program
• Referral bonus opportunities for qualified CDL-A truck driver referrals

Driver Qualifications
