Job summary

Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated tri-state account based in Columbus, OH. You’ll haul no-touch freight across familiar lanes in PA, NJ, and OH, with pay ranging from $1,450 to $1,550 per week and regular home time.

Expect a 10-hour home break during the week and a full 34-hour weekend reset, plus a $1,000 orientation completion bonus and a $1,000 driver referral bonus. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin after 60 days.

Route & Home Time

Drivers operate dedicated lanes throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio. Your weekly schedule includes one 10-hour home break during the week plus a full 34-hour weekend reset, providing regular time at home while maintaining regional miles. Familiar territory also helps make trip planning and weekly scheduling more straightforward.

Freight

This dedicated account provides no-touch freight across familiar tri-state lanes. Drivers work established routes and customers, helping create a more predictable weekly routine without loading, unloading, or freight securement. The dedicated operation keeps drivers working within an established customer network rather than changing freight types from week to week.

Driver Requirements

Drivers must have a current Class A CDL, valid Medical DOT Card, clean driving history, and 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. No special endorsements are required.
