Rouse Trucking in Baltimore, MD seeks CDL-A drivers for regional no-touch freight with consistent weekly home time and reliable schedules.

You will operate regional lanes in the Northeast and Midwest, averaging about 250 miles per leg, with half of freight drop-and-hook. Each driver is assigned a modern Freightliner Cascadia and enjoys comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Pay: $1,350 to $1,450 weekly | Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset

Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook | Location: Baltimore, MD 21201

Practical dedicated freight and consistent customer routes give experienced CDL-A drivers steady weekday movement with reliable scheduling and dependable weekends at home. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Regional lanes cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. Consistent customer freight helps keep the workweek moving while maintaining manageable trip lengths.

• Roughly half of all freight is drop and hook to help reduce time spent at docks
• All freight is no-touch, keeping loading and unloading responsibilities off the driver

Home Time: Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a dependable 48-hour weekend reset each week

Your Truck

• Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating
• Double bunks, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverter

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license and minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience
• Professional CDL-A drivers should be comfortable with consistent customer freight and weekday regional driving
