Job summary

C.R. England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier, has openings on a dedicated Anheuser-Busch condo fleet based in Van Nuys, CA, delivering to locations in CA and neighboring states including NV and AZ.

Pay is per mile with bonus incentives. Home 2-3 days weekly. Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD+D insurance, PTO and 401(k) offered. Most loads are preloaded and no-touch freight, with some live loads/unloads.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience.
• Lane not suitable for students, recent graduates or trainees.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-haul routes to CA, NV, AZ.
• Strap down pallets and ensure loads are scaled legally and in good condition.
• Operate top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks with 53-ft trailers.
• Adhere to no-touch or light-load handling when applicable.

Driver and Lane Requirements

• Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees
• Drivers will strap down pallets and ensure that each load is scaled legal and in good condition
• Most loads are preloaded and no-touch freight, but some loads are live loads/unloads
• Home 2-3 days weekly
• Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks pulling 53-ft trailers
• There are no specific shifts
• Pay per mile
• Bonus incentives

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 Years of age or older
• 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience
• Reliable transportation to brewery as trucks cannot be taken home
