Job summary

Kemps in Wisconsin is hiring CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate tractor-trailers, safely unload and deliver dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route.

You will build relationships with customers with a friendly attitude, work 10–12 hour days, typically Monday through Saturday, and be home nightly on routes that run regularly.

Qualifications

• One year related experience
• Valid Class-A CDL with a clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission with CDL
• 21+ years of age
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
• Manually unload/deliver dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes
• Build relationships with customers using a friendly, positive attitude
• Meet needs and expectations of customers on each route
• Home nightly with regular delivery routes
• Workdays typically 10–12 hours, routes Monday–Saturday
