Job summary

JL Construction Corp in Springfield, MA is seeking a full-time Construction Truck Driver to join our on-site team. Transport materials and operate heavy trucks including triaxle dump trucks, with on-site labor involved. Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions and travel locally to job sites is required.

The position offers competitive pay ($20–$70+ per hour) and benefits such as Medical, 401(k), Competitive Salary and Paid Time Off. OSHA 10 and CDL A license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• CDL A - Commercial Driver's License required.
• 3+ years of experience driving Class A vehicles (preferably triaxles).
• Meets FMCSA regulations.
• 1+ years of excavation/horizontal construction experience.
• Able to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Punctual, reliable with excellent work ethic.
• Willingness to travel locally to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites using company vehicles including triaxle dump trucks.
• Perform on-site manual labor as needed to support projects.
• Operate heavy construction equipment if qualified to do so.
• Contribute to safe and efficient project progress on a daily basis.
