Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program in Melbourne, Florida. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road learning the responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school and transition to your own truck.

During training, you’ll ride with an experienced mentor to develop safe driving, trip planning, inspections, dispatch communication, and daily over-the-road routines. After training, you’ll begin solo driving with a structured path to independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to meet applicable U.S. DOT qualification requirements.
• Safety-focused and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced driver during training to learn safe driving, trip planning, and inspections.
• Learn pickups, deliveries, and communication with dispatch.
• After training, transition to solo driving with a structured path to independence.
