Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking OTR drivers to join our growing private fleet. You will haul freight from distribution centers to stores across the country, with 75% drop & hook and no touch freight.

Qualified drivers have a valid Class A CDL, at least 1 year of CDL A driving experience, a clean driving record, and knowledge of DOT regulations. We offer safety-focused operations, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Minimum of 1 year of all-weather CDL A driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents.
• No alcohol or drug-related driving convictions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a tractor with a 53-foot van trailer throughout designated regions across the country.
• Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores and depots.
• Complete routes consisting of 75% Drop & Hook freight, allowing you to spend more time driving and less time waiting.
• Maintain compliance with ELD requirements, vehicle inspections, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is operated safely.
• All other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Incentives

Earn $0.75 - $0.85 CPM based on experience. OTR Drivers will also receive $75/day when out on the road. Average 500+ miles per night. Safety bonus opportunities. Temporary Sign-On Bonus of up to $6,000. Employee Referral Bonus of up to $4,000.
