Job summary

Ascend is seeking CDL-A company truck drivers in North Carolina to join One Team focused on safety, reliability, and driver well-being.

We offer weekly pay up to $1,300 on average, generous benefits, new equipment, and a supportive dispatcher network. Expect 5.5 days out with a 34-hour restart, 7 paid holidays, and per diem with zero admin fees. Join a culture that rewards dedication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months over-the-road experience.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in 3 years.
• Must meet DOT medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailers to deliver loads nationwide.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations.
• Complete daily logs and pre-trip inspections.

PAY

• Weekly avg pay $1300 per week (5.5 days out)
• The longer you're out the more you earn!
• 1 Day Orientation
• Per diem pay program with $0.09 per diem and ZERO admin fees!

We keep you moving but just in case, we take care of you!

• 7 Paid Holidays - $150.00 per day (PAID same as office staff!)
• $150 Breakdown Pay
• $20 per hour Detention Pay
• Up to $150.00 Layover Pay
• Bonus paid for Clean DOT Inspection
• Additional monthly incentives on top of your base pay!

HOME TIME

• Out 5.5 days and home for 34-hour restart
• No NY or West Coast driving
