Job summary

A leading trucking company in Birmingham is seeking a CDL A Company Driver for OTR routes. This position requires one year of over-the-road experience and offers a competitive mileage pay ranging from 65-70cpm based on verifiable experience. Candidates will enjoy strong support including a free rider program and comprehensive insurance options. Drivers run for 21 days, then enjoy 7 days at home. Travel costs for orientation will be fully covered, along with accommodations.

Qualifications

• No more than 3 jobs in the past year.
• Driver must have 1 year OTR experience in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR to various locations, handling dry van and live loads.
• Maintain logs and adhere to safety regulations.
• Interact with dispatch and accounting for route optimization.

Loads

OTR - North, dry van, live loads

Weekly average 2,000-2,400 miles

Automatic transmissions & fully loaded trucks

Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 tractors

24/7 ELD, safety, accounting, and dispatch support
