Day shift starts between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM. Local, short-haul and regional runs with 10–12 hour shifts. Training pay of $250/day for the first two weeks. Benefits after 90 days include Blue Cross Blue Shield, holidays, vacation, and a 401(k).

Flat rate pay structure/paid per load
