Job summary

Trimac Transportation System is seeking drivers for regional hauls with mostly 3-4 day trips and occasional longer runs to the West Coast or Canada. Out 11–14 hours per day with weekly mileage 2,200–2,700 miles and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Calvert City, KY pre-loaded pickups and flexible schedules reflect a stable, year-round work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Tanker & Hazmat endorsements required.
• Passport and TWIC card required (eligible to obtain after hire).

Pay Details

• Average weekly pay $1,500 - $1,900 (gross)
• $0.70 cpm (all miles)
• Average yearly $80,080-$115,000 (gross)
• $2,500 Sign on Bonus!

Schedule

• Most hauls are REGIONAL: Out for 3-4 days at a time
• LONG HAULS occasionally needed: Out 7-9 days out to the West Coast or Canada.
• Some weekend work required
• Expect to work 11-14 hrs per day
• Weekly mileage averages 2,200-2,700 miles

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• 1-year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience
• Tanker & Hazmat endorsements required
• 6 months tanker experience preferred
• Passport required (must be eligible to obtain, and may be acquired after hire)
• TWIC Card required (must be eligible to obtain, and may be acquired after hire)

Past 7 years without

• Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
• A preventable rollover or fatality crash

Past 3 years without

• License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
• A major preventable accident
• Two or more moving convictions
