Compensation includes a $10,000 sign-on for eligible trucks with pump and air, $3,000 standard sign-on, and revenue splits of 68% with pump and air, 67% with pump or air, or 65% without both (case-by-case). Detention pay after 2 hours unload.

Owner Operator Compensation

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for owner-operators with a 2016 or newer truck equipped with pump and air
• Standard owner-operator sign-on bonus is $3,000
