Job summary

Heniff Transportation Systems is seeking Owner Operators for liquid bulk chemical hauling in Slidell, LA. You will operate with a class A CDL tanker endorsement, and be compensated on a percentage basis with additional bonuses and detention pay.

This role offers sign-on bonuses, fuel surcharge passthrough, weekly settlements and toll reimbursements. Safety-focused driving and compliance with hazmat requirements are essential, with TWIC where terminals require it.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 12 Months Verifiable Liquid Chemical Tanker Experience
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsement
• TWIC Card required for most terminals
• Pump and Compressor on Truck Required for most terminals
• Safety focused driving history/record.

Owner Operator Compensation

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for owner-operators with a 2016 or newer truck equipped with pump and air
• Standard owner-operator sign-on bonus is $3,000
• 68% Pump AND Air Equipped
• 67% Pump OR Air Equipped
• 65% Not Pump or Air Equipped *Contractors with no equipment are only approved on a case-by-case basis
• Detention Pay after 2 hours unload/offload
