Ormat Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CDL Bulk Truck Operator to maintain and operate cement bulk trucks and related equipment at our California operations.

You will be responsible for rigging up and rigging down, coordinating with pump operators, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. The role requires a CDL Class A license and at least 2 years of DOT Class A driving experience, with a preference for forklift certification and HazMat endorsement.

Qualifikationen

• CDL Class A license required.
• 2 years DOT Class A truck driving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English clearly.
• Must understand safe working practices.

Aufgaben

• Operate DOT tractor trailer in a safe manner.
• Operate bulk equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Rig up and rig down with related equipment including hoses, flow iron, and hand tools.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Assist pump operators, bulk plant operators, and mechanics with maintenance and repairs.
• Load cement for jobs and operate forklift around yard.
• Collaborate with team and third-party agents to ensure safe operations.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Be available to work weekends/holidays and overtime as needed.
• Pass DOT drug screens as required.
