Job summary

Palmetto Yacht Management in Pensacola, FL is seeking a hands-on boat transporter to join our regional operations. You will move vessels on land using Ram 5500 trucks and custom trailers, with home-time several evenings per week and frequent travel along the East Coast.

We offer flexible schedules, comprehensive gear, company credit cards for incidental expenses, hotel accommodations while on assignment, and regular reviews with potential pay raises. Prior boating experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent navigational skills and proven experience handling boats.
• Strong attention to detail with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Transport boats regionally on land using company equipment.
• Ensure loads are secured and compliant with safety regulations.
• Inspect vehicles and trailers; perform routine maintenance checks.
