Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Bismarck, ND is hiring a Class A Delivery Driver to join our team. You will perform direct store deliveries, loading/unloading, and ensure accurate paperwork while delivering outstanding customer service.

Work 4 days per week with one overnight every cycle and potential Saturdays. Compensation starts at $28.52/hour plus a $2.00 driver premium, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus. 40 hours weekly with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Previous Delivery Driving experience.
• A good driving record.
• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly.
• Good math skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bismarck and surrounding area.
• Detail oriented.
• Self motivated, work independently and self managed to meet deadlines.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck.
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops.
• Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means.
• Handling customer payments.
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected.
• Providing excellent customer service.
