Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection trucks on pre‑assigned routes, collecting garbage, yard waste, and recycling. You will ensure daily route safety and punctual service while maintaining excellent customer interactions.

The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), a clean driving record, and English proficiency for communication and paperwork. Physical work includes lifting and continuous exposure to outdoor conditions on long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of employment.
• Clean driving record and adherence to DOT regulations.
• Adequate spoken and written English for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate refuse collection trucks on pre‑assigned routes and collect waste.
• Provide courteous customer service while maintaining on‑time route performance.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and basic truck maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure proper disposal at landfills or transfer stations and complete required logs.
