Job summary

Airgas in Renton, WA seeks a Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B) to ensure safe transport and timely deliveries. The role requires Hazmat & Airbrake endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL or CDL B with Hazmat & Airbrake endorsements.
• Hazmat endorsement is REQUIRED and must be current.
• Maintain valid driver license, medical card and endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or one conviction + one accident in 3 years.
• No DUI within the last seven years and able to work drug-free.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and move 125+ lbs with equipment.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or trucking-school completion in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Safety and vehicle compliance, inspections, and DOT regulations adherence.
• Deliver and unload to customers; ensure load documents are accurate.
• Promptly maintain company and DOT records; assist with orders and payments.
• Provide inventory/delivery support and occasional overtime, weekends, holidays.
