Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a dedicated CDL-A driver for a local automotive parts route. The role offers home daily and a Monday–Friday schedule, with routes primarily across Georgia and North Carolina. You will pick up pre-loaded trailers, deliver to dealerships, and ensure trailers are secured and delays reported.

Average weekly pay is about $1,600 with a guaranteed minimum of $1,400. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years old.
• 12+ months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Meets DOT qualification requirements.
• Pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Transport loose-pack automotive parts to dealerships.
• Pick up pre-loaded trailers and deliver to designated dealerships.
• Secure trailers and report delays.
• Route coverage primarily in Georgia and North Carolina.
• Home daily and work Monday–Friday.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,600
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: $1,400
• $500 New Hire Transition Bonus – paid in full on your second paycheck
• $3,000 Driver Referral Bonus for each qualified driver referred
• $250/day for two-day paid orientation
