Job summary

Standard Logistics operates flatbed and dry van services across the U.S. We have a fleet of over 450 late-model day cab and sleeper tractors, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure a seamless experience for our drivers.

We currently have a Class A Regional Tanker Driver position based out of Tampa, FL. Dedicated to picking up asphalt in Tuscaloosa, AL for drop and hook to Bushnell, FL. Final delivery at the end of the week to Tampa, FL. The position requires 4 overnights.

Qualifications

• CDL A, hazmat and tanker endorsements, 1 year Class A CMV truck and tractor trailer driving experience and a safe driving record REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Class A Regional Tanker Driver based out of Tampa, FL.
• Transport asphalt from Tuscaloosa, AL to Bushnell, FL with 3–4 overnight trips weekly.
• Follow dedicated routes with drop-and-hook deliveries to Tampa, FL.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Participate in quarterly bonuses and 401(k) with company match.

• 3 - 4 runs weekly from Tampa, FL to Mobile, AL transporting asphalt. Overnights required.

License/Certification:

• Must have 1 year CDL A truck and tractor trailer driving experience
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements required
• Safe driving record
• No DUI/OWI, positive drug tests or refusals
• Must be registered for the FMCSA clearinghouse
