Apple Autos is a 6-brand, 7-location automotive group in Minnesota seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson with CDJR/Stellantis brand experience to support service and sales operations. You will help technicians and customers locate the right parts quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Counter experience required.
• CDJR / Stellantis brand experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology.
• Familiarity with OEM parts catalogs and DMS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
• Professional communication and a team-first mindset.
• Reliable, accountable with a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support service technicians, advisors, and customers at front and back parts counter.
• Accurately identify, price, and supply Stellantis / CDJR parts and accessories.
• Utilize Stellantis parts catalogs and DMS systems to source parts.
• Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranty/core transactions.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking, binning, and cycle counts.
• Communicate part availability, ETAs, and substitutions clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with service and sales teams to keep workflows moving efficiently.
• Deliver consistent, high-level customer service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay current on CDJR product updates, supersessions, and part changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
