Schedule: 2nd and 3rd 2PM to 1030PM | 10P to 630AM

Job Duties
  • Process and inspect precision components according to work instructions.
  • Check parts for cleanliness, damage, and quality concerns.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a CDI Technician.
  • Experience with measuring tools, semiconductor components, cleanrooms, inventory systems, or quality inspection is a plus.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
  • Must wear required PPE in designated areas.
