Job summary

Ladders is seeking a CDI Solution Advisor to join a remote team focused on healthcare clients. You will support implementation and adoption of clinical documentation integrity solutions, review workflows, and drive efficiency and quality improvements across client programs.

You will collaborate with internal teams to strengthen client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes in satisfaction and operational performance, while supporting remote delivery across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7 years of CDI or inpatient coding experience.
• Current certification in RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity and Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and implementation.
• Exceptional client relationship and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement clinical documentation integrity solutions and ensure best practices.
• Conduct workflow reviews and recommend optimization changes based on client goals.
• Advocate for clients by documenting issues and escalating them as needed.
• Coordinate client relationships and interactions across the organization.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry and solution updates while following corporate standards.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a CDI Solution Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

In this remote role, you will partner with healthcare clients to support the successful implementation and adoption of clinical documentation integrity solutions. You will review existing workflows, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and documentation quality, and help ensure client needs are escalated and addressed effectively. This position also requires close collaboration across internal teams to strengthen client relationships and support measurable outcomes tied to satisfaction and operational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,600 – $147,950 annually
