Huntington National Bank seeks a CDD AML Supervisor to lead a team responsible for CDD reviews and risk management. You will coach staff, ensure productivity and quality, and participate in regulator engagements.
You will coordinate with internal partners, drive improvements, and maintain enterprise CRM/AML policies. The role requires adapting to deadlines and travel up to 10% as needed.
Description The CDD AML Supervisor is the first level of management function with the BSA/AML Customer Risk Management (CRM) organization. Direct reports will consist of CDD Investigators and Team Lead(s). The CDD Supervisor is expected to ensure performance and quality standards are met for direct reports. Direct leadership, coach, counsel, and develop work schedules for employees. Hire, terminate, and determine disciplinary actions for employees. Responsible for monthly performance management reporting related to productivity, volume, and quality. Liaison with internal and external departments. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with segments through continuous and proactive communications.
