Job summary

Regal Recovery Care is hiring a Chemical Dependency Counselor’s Assistant (CDCA) to support clients in their recovery journey through individual and group counseling, assessments, case management, and crisis intervention. This is a vital front-line role in our clinical team.

Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting with assessments and treatment planning, setting recovery goals, providing referrals, coordinating resources, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CDCA certification or proof of submission.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be 21+ and pass background check and drug screening.
• Meets qualifications for case management services under COA standards.
