Parker’s Kitchen seeks a detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Specialist to oversee store operations across Coastal Georgia. The role involves remotely monitoring CCTV footage to ensure customer service, cleanliness, food safety, inventory control, and cash handling standards are met at all locations.

You will identify trends, flag concerns, help prevent theft, and provide actionable insights to drive consistent, high-quality customer experiences. On-site work at our Savannah HQ is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or retail operations.
• Proficiency with CCTV platforms, video playback tools, and basic office software (MS Office or Google Workspace).
• On-site work at headquarters in Savannah, GA is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across multiple store locations to evaluate adherence to standards.
• Compile and submit reports with time-stamped observations and video references.
• Review footage to support investigations involving theft, accidents, and claims; escalate urgent concerns in real time.
